En 1933, Charles CAULIER, un ancien mineur, crée une entreprise de distribution de bières. En 1980, son petit-fils Roger emménage dans les anciens locaux de la tannerie Tensier à Péruwelz et commence, dès 1995, à brasser ses propres bières avec du matériel récupéré dans d'autres brasseries (HAACHT à Boortmeerbeek ou DE NÈVE à Schepdaal). Il connaît rapidement le succès grâce à sa BON SECOURS.

Malgré une faillite en 2007, elle renaît l'année suivant sous forme se SPRL, Brasserie et distillerie CAULIER...
