La brassée naquit en 1992 dans le petit village de Watou sous l'impulsion de Jos T'JOEN. Elle déménage une première fois en 2001, puis une deuxième fois en 2011 à Dentergem-Wakken.

DOUBLE BIE, bière noire de type stout, titrant 6%.

HELLEKAPELLE, bière blanche de type witbier, titrant 5%.

HELLEKETELBIER, bière ambrée d type ale, titrant 7%.

KERSTBIE, bière brune de type strong ale, titrant 8%.

KRIEKDEBIE, bière rouge de type lambic, titrant 4,5%.

PLOKKERSBIER, bière brune de type strong ale, titrant 7%.

RIEBEDEBIE, bière ambrée se type triple d'abbaye, titrant 9%.

STOUTE BIE, bière noire de type stout, titrant 5,5%.
